highway child nomadic tribe

well I usually postin communal living forum, but I ll post here as well,

my name is drew, Im a part of highway child gypsy tribe, what we are is a group of folk, who live 100% communally and travel...everywhere.

there are a few rulles, no violence, no hoarding, when you get on the bus you give a donation, then you LIVE OFF OF BUS MONEY, you can have your own cash, but leave it in a bank account do not spend it when your with us,

we elect a treasurer, right now jordan takes care of that,
we are a democracy, there is no leadership thouh sometimes mentor ship, we vote were and what we do how we spend money how we make it,
for the most part we sell hemp jewlery everyone makes three pieces a day or the equivilant to 30 $ dollars a day...

some times we work and that money is community, there is no hoarding ...

no drugs or paraphinilia.....zero tolornace,
you can trip on whatever you like as long as its not meth, heroin, crack that kinda shit, but smoke as much pot as you want just dont bring it on the bus....we tend to get searched a lot...were a big ass purple bus,

the bus is an 86 international, we have a girl in prescott az who said shed convert it...thats going to be cool.

right now were in garberville California , heading north today,
we tend to only stay in one place for a few days week max before moving along...

we plan on buying a few more buses one designed for families with kids, and the other another tribe bus....

i'm interested in joining you guys around like the end of dec into the first couple of weeks in jan. what do I do to join you all? I go to college, so I can only join u all between semesters. I suppose I'll give you a call. I can make nice hempies.

I am looking at buying this bus and traveling in it. its a 73 and its been somewhat converted. maybe i could join you guys, or if anybody wants to join me i could use one or two people to keep me company on the bus. i can do whatever you guys want to do. the bus is 1500 bucks, if anyones interested just shoot me an email

I am in NY right now. If you cats get over to the eastern half of the U.S. within the next month or two, let me know. Anything East of Kansas. Salt Lake is quite a ways, was just out there in June and I really dont want to hitch through nebraska, kansas, oklahoma or texas at the moment, had enough of those states for a while.

Your bus looks really familiar? Were yall in WV last year for Nationals? or Ocala regionals in february? I know Ive seen it b4?
