If you really want to change the government then do it using the greatest form of music ever to touch an ear. PUNK ROCK!!! It's more aggressive and I think punk can make a greater change in the government.

Hi amberfilter, I struggle every day, for i live with the great yuppie state of mind which is S.W. Ct. I been doin it our way since 67 and have refused to conform, people either except me or they don't. My job is hi profile in the largest bank in the area, i take care of all the air conditioning in the computor rooms. They put up with me for what i can do. I love rual anywhere and from what i've seen of Virginia i liked very much. Your luckly to be there ,the people are much nicer. Peace my Sister
well brother man, if you ever want to consider the blue ridge mountains area, there is an area called Floyd County that is getting a good reputation in the hippie world with its 10 or more homesteads/communes. If you want to read more you can check out www.floydcountyinview.com the homesteads that I know of are abundant dawn, heart of gold, high flowing, kyn hearth, left bank, light morning, riverflow, tekiah, woodsong etc... I can understand you not wanting to leave a steady job if you have one, but I thought I would throw that information your way if you were getting the urge to flee. peace.
