did anyone else catch this the other day? They had the pilot last night and teh second episode tonight (well, here at least, on Global... No one? C'mon, I just watched the second episode (downloaded it) and it's super awesome, I can't wait to see the second. I love the show. It was one of 2 new shows that I was looking forward to (the other being Jericho, which is disappointing me majorly). I love Hiro.. haha. And I also love Milo's character (but I might just really love Milo) Oh.. and its already been picked up for the rest of the season!
*squeals with joy* I mean. Excellent. Hiro is fahreaking adorable, I have to agree. I find the two blonde chicks really compelling for some reason, especially the cheerleader (Claire) in the first episode. Niki (the character) is kind of disturbing and intriguing all at once.
What is the deal with the crazy killer guy...what was his name. The genetisits son and that girl found his apartment in the last episode? Is he involved with the cheerlaeder's dad? Show is good it just seems a bit jumpy, but i gues that is just because they are still trying to tie everyone together?
its a good show i've seen the first three episodes but i can't follow all the different stories going on, i'm hoping everything will start to come together
the crazy killer guy, Syler (sp) is one of the "evolved". He was the one that the Indian doctor found first... remember how on the message Syler said that the doctor made him what he was? I am guessing that the Doctor helped Syler realize that he had powers in the first place. I am also guessing that Syler is the black man that the mindreader-police officer saw in the bar at the end of the last episode before he collapsed. The man in the bar was wearing a necklace with that sideways S symbol with the lines through it... the same symbol that was imbedded in the computer code that the Doctor had on that little disc that his son and the neighbour girl found in the lizard's tank, and the same symbol that the see the future-drug addict-artist had painted on several canvas' around his apartment. That symbol is going to be important, I think. In the "scenes from next week" the guy with the glasses (the cheerleader's adopted dad) was with the guy from the bar. They had the police officer tied to a gurney (bed) and were questioning him/torturing him. We'll see that happens!! Yay Hiro!!! (Did you notice how Hiro's friend has an obsession with Niki.. the one with the split identity and the son.. and that the 2 of them are now headed to Vegas? Niki is in Vegas, so am guessing they will meet up soon!)
I think I'm in love with the guy who plays Mohindra. So sexy, and that accent, aiee! I could just melt
Claire's father is the one who is wrangling up the "super" humans. They even showed him watching the video of her jumping from the grain elevator. The sideways "S" which wasn't sideways this time, was on Nikki's back (or her alter-ego's) when she was "going down" on the flying politician. His little brother can fly, and paint the future, and any other thing the others have. He's an "absorber", he takes on the power of the super human who is close to him. I like the show, I mean it's no "LOST". With lost it keeps you guessing, with "Heros", it's pretty predictable.
Ending of tonights epi was amazing! Hiro looks hardcore! "I didn't recognize you without the scar"... super cool. Can't wait!
Meh, Lost is lame, it's sooo hard to get into if you haven't been watching it from the start, so it's nigh on impossible for it to gain a new audience, it just has to hope it can keep it's current audience interested (which it has so far, kudos to them for that, but I vaaaaaaaaaaastly prefer Heroes, since you brought it up) Anywho.... I can't believe they made Hiro hot. Well, almost hot. Jesus, that was fahreakin awesome! Ahaha... Niki's not here.... love it. I can't believe how much I empathize with Claire though, it's very odd.
Well not to get off subject, but I like Lost because it's thought provoking and it's fun to figure out whats going to happen next. But to each is own. Oh and I ment to say that the politician's little brother can mimic other's powers, not absorb.
Ok, I'm starting to get a little bit frustrated at all this teasing... I want a good solid fact or somethign to sink my teeth into. I mean, c'mon, that was the 8th episode right? I want something substantial! I mean, I love it, but I want something other than teasing.
ok...i didn't get into it...but my BF's friends have all the episodes...i'm still on the wire...everyone's saying i would like it...so i may have to borrow those episodes...hmm...ty 4 posting this...made me think...
