I restored a 1963 ford falcon early spring.restoring a 1971 chevelle now.doing a frame off on a 1984 chevy el camino after the chevelle.

Things could be better.hopefully gonna get alot better after these cars are done.

 

The chevelle finally got painted today.looks FUCKIN AWESOME! needs a quick wetsand and a buff and she will be perfect.the customer is beyond happy with it.

damn... that thing with dark tint and non-flashy rims would look like a killer in the night freeway. I can see it now..

 

Funny you say that broony.hes tinting the glass.and hes keeping the black chevy rally wheels withe trim rings and center caps.maybe black stripes.hes 85% sure he wants stripes but he wants to wait till its all together to see how he likes it.

Did it originally have stripes?

 

Its supposed to have some ugly stripes on the sides.according to the vin/build tag info its what was called a heavy chevy.they were bare bones grandma chevelles with a big block 396 and the goodies to go with it.the SS had the stripes.those are the stripes its gonna get.he already bought me the stencil kit.its such a bright white it needs something to break it up a little.

Returned it to the owner today.my job is done.payday tomorrow night.finally putting an end to this nightmare chapter in my life.
