An instance of everyday law enforcement where for whatever his stupid reason was, a man didn't comply with repeated requests from Leo's, and ended up being the sorry part of better safe than sorry. Of course this one has enough of the narrative pushing appearances on the surface so it can be said it's one thing and not another before the real facts are known. Ah, big deal, by then there'll be another one to distract from this one being inaccurately assessed.

I can tell you that the time limit that they give you does NOT allow time for accurate, well-placed shots! It’s almost unrealistic and quite challenging to a very novice police officer, even coming from the academy.

ok info I didn’t know, Thanks, I only saw the video and what I could gather from it. I generally don’t trust news sources anymore. But it is still speculation. Lots of maybes regarding the fight too. I just don’t know what happened. Never saw any fight either.

I'm willing to wait to hear the complete story before passing judgment. The video doesn't tell the complete story
because if it did he was executed by the officer in a mob style hit.

It's possible the guy would've either drawn a weapon from the car to shoot the cops. Or he might've sped away on a high speed chase with his kids in the car.

 

Non-Lethal Force = Tasers, Riot Bataans, OC spray, rubber bullets, etc.

Lethal Force = Firearms!

They DID utilized lethal force but he’s lucky- LUCKY to be alive. They truly wished he was dead though. Now they have to deal with this matter in court for awhile- not exactly an open and shut case when the victim is still alive and can speak for himself because he’s not dead....

 

Maybe, but let's wait until the collar camera footage is released before we jump to such conclusions. As I said earlier, it's totally OK to shift your opinion after more facts get released. And I'm also willing to change my mind if the facts change.

People have still been killed by rubber bullets, tasers, and even OC spray.

I saw a video I think out of Venezuela where they were throwing jars of paint on to the windshields so they couldn't see out.

Not this one but one scene they got a sheet of metal stuck on the window so they can't see out.

Watching the Venezuela protests, they keep throwing the Molotovs at the windshield with little effect instead of the front grill so the flames would be pulled into the radiator and engine compartment by the cooling fan.
