I was just wondering if licensed industrial grade hemp growers, grow hemp. Is it the same as growing marijuana, or does marijuana not grow on that plant? I thought maybe growing hemp was growing marijunana. Is it the same plant? It could cause alot of unwanted trouble. I plan to get my license to grow hemp.
hemp is cannabis sativa, industrial hemp is a strain on cannabis sativa that is strong but has very low thc levels and doesnt get you very high, the feds will also inspect you and get extreemly suspitios if you remove any males....

yes they are different. both come from the cannabis sative plant but are different strains, and a common misconception is that hemp only referes to industrial, when hemp just means cannabis (cannabis sativa is sometimes called the hemp plant). however, they are two completely different plants when it comes to chemical structure and physical apperance. narcotic cannabis grows lower, and looks more like a bush or shrub. industrial grows taller, and can look like small trees. this is because the fiber in the stalk is better when it's bigger, so its bred to grow tall. trying to get high off of industrial is like trying to get drunk off of a non alcoholic beer, you just cant. it contains very little THC, and contains more CBD (wich is like an anti THC), so its impossible to get high from it. the retarted DEA makes sure that pretty much no one can grow it, although it is possible to get a licence to grow it (but they are very rarely given out, and people dont want to have to go through all the paperwork and court crap). even then, they have rules that say you have to have a fence around the crop, gaurds watching 24/7, shitty expensive stuff that makes it too impossibly expensive to even consider. the US does not export hemp, but imports tons of it each year, even though it can easily be grown in all 50 states. hope that answers your questions about industrail cannabis and sorry, there's no way in hell you will get a license to grow industrial cannabis. you will have to hire a lawyer, take on the government in court, possibly even making it to the supreme court (as one case is right now) and even then if you get it, which you probably couldn't, if you planned on growing any of it you would have to follow all these expensive rules that i stated above.
