hihi all, I'm a vegetarian of two years and I am just finishing up my first (and somewhat failed) fast. I am fasting as a transition for myself into healthier eating habits... how can i make healthy foods more appetizing... I think alot of my food troubles are in my head. I recently started telling myself while eatting fruit that "fruit is filling" as opposed to my feeling that eating a piece of fruit only makes me hungrier...I can't tell if this works... is this a good way to change my habits? thanks lots.
