help with some pro-bud arguements

It's not always that clear cut. My mom doesn't care that I smoke. Of course, I'm an adult, so that changes things. Still, when I was younger, my parents would let me drink once in a while, as long as I stayed at home...I'd have some friends over and we'd chill with some beers. It was the same deal with my sister.

I don't know if they'd have been cool with me smoking at a younger age, because I wasn't even interested back then, and never thought or asked about what their reaction to it would be. I didn't try weed till my second year in college.

 

Yeah, it is possible that a parent might not mind that their minor child gets high. But, since this mom already objected, I don't think she is one.

Explaining to her how marijuana is a realy good drug for nausea and chronic pain isn't going to help any more than a quality comparison between hemp and cotton ropes.
