Ok so I've been racking my brain trying to remember a book title or find more information about a book I had as a child. IIRC - it was a book about a bug or something (maybe a spider) finding lost items like a bottle, a button, etc.. and using these items to build a room or a house. The book was illustrated and I would have gotten it in the late 70's or early 80's possibly through a scholastic book fair .. So far I've not been able to get any information .. Hoping someone here can help!! Thanks!
The Very Busy Spider by Eric Carle? I was very attached to his book, The Very Quiet Cricket as a kid...
I don't think that's the one .. I remember the illustrations being more realistic looking .. but thanks for the input!!
