I am 35 yo and I live in Georgia and I am embarassed to take my shirt off in public. I'm not overweight or anything I don't have a big beer gut or anything like that I have just been like that my whole life. I do have man boobs and I know that has a lot to do with it but , is there anyone else out there like me
only you can help yourself overcome your fear. also, start working out, just enough to help tone up your muscles, pushups will go a long way to make your moobs look more like pecs.
get a better diet, start running, get a lean body.. Your confidence will go through the roof and you will be so alpha it won't even be funny.
I got forced into it. I am on crutches with major foot injuries so already I am barefoot. Yesterday for some reason the shirt I was wearing rubbed under my armpits quite badly so i was really struggling to get around on the crutches. I called my doctor who told me the best thing would be to take my shirt off, and go topless for three or four days until my skin calmed down. So today (and it is cold here - 10 degrees) I have spent the entire day walking in public topless. I was feeling pretty self consious going into shops as it is hard not to draw attention to yourself when your are in bare feet, on crutches and not wearing a shirt, especially when everyone else is wearing boots and jackets. The best part was at the bank. The girl looked up and said "Do you want to borrow my shirt?" I explaned that I don't normally dress like that and she said "That looks really cool. You should stay like that. Topless and crutches looks great." So I think that maybe we worry more about this than we should. I have at least two more shirtless days ahead of me so let's see how I go.
