Help me decide what to do stoners!

Ok so I have the option to travel up to York, England, with my parents and grandparents, to see my great aunt and her son. They will be visiting trainmuseum and we'd be staying in hotel. 3 hour car ride and I'd have to be in back row.

Or

I can stay here locally, with my aunt and uncle and my cousins and goddaughter and drink and play playstation and generally dick around. I fe bad not seeing aunt and her son, but I've been traveling around a lot recently.

What would you guys do?

 

It's a pretty personal decision considering you're talking about family. If I'd already been traveling around a lot, I'd probably rather stay home and dick around.

But seeing as I've never been anywhere, I'd probably go to England

 

Sometimes decisions have to be made by you.
Personally you can always do both later, whether it was dickin around or visiting your family.... So which is it that you want to do the most of right now?

I've got no clue either. But a 3 hour car drive in the back seat with grandparents and all does not sound tempting to be real honest.

 

I'm already in England haha, just be traveling 3 hour north of London area (where I'm at now) to go see my aunt. I am actually leaning towards staying around here, as I'll be with my 4 cousins, and little baby goddaughter. I'm traveling to somewhere els in England in a few days as well for a footie match. I'm gonna sleep on it see what I decide in morning. Hope get couple more opinions here. Thanks sunshine!

 

Yeah, and it's not just back seat it's the damn third row. lol. Grandparents are awesome but all the driving isn't. And I know I have to make the choce, I was just wondering what some of my buddies here on hip thought about the situation. I have small amount of bud and will be able to drink freely at aunts house down here. Asmo, shouldn't you be asleep? Its what, 2:38am in nederland

Yes, I'm out of my routine since christmas. Tomorrow I'll drag myself out of bed in the morning, that will be a good step in the right direction :2thumbsup: This means a relatively short 'night' compared to the rest of the week. Aah, the burdens of the holidays.

 

Rent a car, or skinny up and get in the back row with the others.

That trip sounds like it would be nice!

 

A lot depends on what sort of relationship you have with your family members.

If you have psycho control freak family members, you're screwed for at least 3 hours if you go in the car with them, and maybe longer.

You might be able to take a train or other relatively cheap transpo mode up there, spend a little time, just a one day visit. Lots of travel time though.

If you stay with your cousins, maybe at least call your aunt and say hello.

Wow I truly appreciate all you guys giving a damn. Id get the chance to see my great aunt and second cousin in York hopefully in about 6 months as they will be coming down here. I decided to stay down here in London. Smoked a bowl walking over here, which was very nice.
