HELP - Erection/Reaching orgasm problem

Hi,

I'm having problems maintaining an erection and reaching orgasm during full sex, and I've lost my sex drive over the past few months.

I still am able to masturbate and reach orgasm whilst watching porn, could this be my problem? I have now stopped watching porn as im worried that may have been affecting it.

I'm 26 years old, what are the possible reasons that this has suddenly happened over the past few months?

I've been with my girlfriend for over a year and everything has been good sexually apart from the last 3 or 4 months, I struggle to keep my erection now when we are having sex, and i can no longer reach orgasm, I was able to reach orgasm through oral sex but not vaginal sex.

Please help with any advise!
