it happened randomly to me, i played with my balls while watching porn, and felt something which i believe (after some research) to be the small end of the left epididymis. i was holding it between my thumb and index and just felt it, like super subtle pressure, and it made me ejaculate instantly. Does anyone here experienced something similar or is something wrong with my body?
There is nothing wrong it is a part of testis which sperm flow through this channel. So, sguezing it couse to ejeculate. It doesn't happen for everyone.
