OK, bye! First you need a host for your piccies, try photoshack (bucket?), then get the pics URL (you can right click on any picture and choose "properties" to see it), copy the URL (highlight it, then hit CTRL + C) Then hit the "insert image" button here, its the yellow one, and paste (CTRL + V) the URL in the little field that comes up.
I guess you could do it that way, but I'd do it this way. Click User Options, then click Upload Photos, click Brouse to where your pics are stored. Wow, that was taxing, Upwards and Onwards.
