Hello to everyone and no one in particular

Just poking my head in and saying "hello!"

I'm 28, from Los Angeles, I'm black, I have a beautiful girlfriend and I like video games and learning. I decided that I want to know everything about everything. I realize this is not quite possible, but I'm going to try it anyway.

I found this forum first last year when I was starting my dreadlocks. I picked a few tips on care/maintenance just from reading, but didn't register. Now I'm registering because I want to meet cool local people to hang out with and maybe find out about cool music events in my area.

Im a fan of any music I can bob my head to.. My winamp playlist jumps from good Rap/HipHop to punk* to reggae to electronic music to classical to jpop to jazz to.. well, you get the picture I hope.

so yea, that's me.
