Hello everyone! Keanua Otter (my mother) told me about this place, and it looks pretty groovy! I am not as immersed in the hippie lifestyle as many folks on here seem to be, but that's okay, right? I love nature and fishing and smoking tasty grass, and I wear long flowy skirts in the summertime. Go me! Haha, anyway, I am 20 years old, living in good old Louisville KY. I love this town! Especially since I just met a really awesome girl where I work who is like my twin in so many ways, it is really kind of freaky 0_0! But in a good way. I just finished moving into a new apartmnent with my boyfriend of two years, Justin (who is definitely not a hippie, haha! But I love him to death! *hugs her boyfriend happily!*). This place is gonna be so awesome once we get it pulled together and get some art up (which my uber-talented mother will be helping out with, of course! Can't wait till you move out here, mom! *smooch*). So yeah, a bit more about me . . . I love to draw, fish, dream, and fart around online. I wish there were some natural preserves close by so I could go out in the woods, but alas! This is truly the big city life (in my POV, of course) and so I will just have to wait to get a car before I can head for the hills! I love animals, and am involved in the artistic aspect of the furry fandom (any fellow anthro fans out there? send me a message!) and have always loved animal-head people. So sue me! Raccoons are my "totem animal" if you will, and I also really like donkeys and frogs. My cat chester is like my best little buddy in the world!!! What a doll!!! I'll post pics later, mwahaha. And hey, don't take my bubbly demeanor at face value . . . I love philosophy and debate, and cherish those long, deep, thought-provoking conversations about life, the universe, and everything (and the answer is of course, 42). And what the hell, why isn't there a "libertarian" option when you fill out your political affiliation thing in the profile??? I put middle-of-the-road to compensate but yeah, socially liberal, fiscally conservative libertarian lady, right here! It IS okay though I love animals as well, but I dont really care for politics. I also love deep conversations (about the universe, afterlife..whatever), especially with close friends..they seem to finish my sentences. I also have a boyfriend of two years and I live with him and his parents (we're looking to move to florida and get our own place in january). I love smaller towns and the woods.. right now I live in a rather big city (Phoenix/Mesa area).. which is good if you like the night life (oh and I do.. I cant wait until the big 2-1).. Anyway.. Hello my mother! You are more of a trip than I am, you know! Haha, we rule. And are you making fun of me for using so many exclamation points??!! . . . !!!!!! . . . there! Haha! You sound pretty groovy, cookiemonster. I used to live in AZ, and I miss it so . .! such beautiful scenery and people and plants and so nice and DRY. Humidity is definitely not cool > And there is way too much of it in the ohio valley. Blah! I wish I had some real close friends around here >_< I have a bunch of scruffy hippie/punk/grunge/emo kid aquantances, buuuut I haven't felt really close to any of them. I don't have any genre that I belong to, and I don't feel entirely welcome in that circle because of it. Kind of lame, but what can ya do? But like I mentioined, I have met an astonishingly groovy girl at work, and we had like an instant connection. I really cannot wait to start hanging out with her, and I can tell right off the bat that she and I are gonna be close. Isn't that awesome! Yes! I believe it is! *huzzahs all around* I am also super looking forward to turning 21. Not that I want to get shitfaced on a regular basis (like many people I know), I just like the taste of alcohol and want to be able to enjoy different drinks with different meals. AND I'll finally be able to get into shows at bars! FINALLY! It's like Justin and I will be dating all over again, with lots of fun things to go do together! I can't wait!!! I hope you and your boyfriend find an awesome place in florida, right on the beach where you can hear the seagulls, with a big everglade swamp a few miles away so you can go see the alligators and moss. I really need to go to florida, now that I am in KY it is not such an immense drive. My brother and his girlfriend are taking a trip down there in the summer so he can take his scuba certification dive. I want to learn to scuba too, I think.
