i never really thought it was possible to feel your heart actually break. i just wanted to know if anyone can tell me when the physical pain in my chest will go away. how did you get thru it.
it numbs with time... talk to people, don't hold it all in. it will spiral out, float free, and then finally disappear. i know what you mean, though... that very real, physical feeling. such a bummer.
well i must disagree. i would smoke more i also suggest getting angry, because anger will help you through it.
time.... sigh... I still find it wierd how the heart is the organ associated with feelings and emotions... I find I feel more with my stomach than my heart. This too shall pass
I just went throught the same thing. Me and my girl broke it off after 4 yrs. I was hard for a while but it always disappers. I smoked more pot and it helped me realize that i didnt to be in a relationship. So dont worry your pain will go away. Just focus on the good things that are going on. Peace&Love
The pain will eventually subside, just give yourself time and patience.. Its awful to have your heart broken but if you just keep your head high (which I know its hard to do when youve just been hurt) it just will take some time, but eventually it will go away...
i dont know if this helps......but.......go find somewhere(grassy) where no one else knows about like some hill of park or something......and well......sounds stange but just look to the sky at night and you heatbreak will clear.....strange i know but when i look at the vlear night sky it just reminds me of the beautie of the world and forget about every thing else(heh once i staed there all night be accedent).......anyway...thats my advise.....i have no idea if helps but give it a go....... Peace.....hairbear
I disagree. When you’re heart feels like it’s breaking, that’s because you were in love, but it can’t be covered up with another love. That’s denial. Don’t get me wrong, rebound relationships exist for a reason, but they usually do more harm than good. I’m with most the others on here, the only thing that can cure a broken heart is time. How long it takes is a different story, and on that note, I’ll recommend staying far away from depressants, especially alcohol. It makes the healing take so much longer.
