No escalators for me I can assure you.
We did manage just a 4,000 step walk though, even though it was blinkin’ cold.
Wrapped up well this a good coat on and a massive scarf around my neck.

Football here for me now Mama.
I do love my football and I pay Sky and BT for full coverage.

I only had time for a quick look in and do the weather post this morning.

We are coping with it just fine, and will be O.K. just so long as we stay away from people.

Walking is fine Angel but really at 3c which it has been today that can be bad for the lungs so we ain’t out for long!
I am feeling just fine now and just so long as I get a good mix of excersise I will be just fine.

I had a good evening and saw Manchester City beat Manchester United so I am happy.

Up again, hope you're continuing to feel better. Please keep warm and relax as much as you can! Perhaps you could rent a treadmill to use at home when it's bitterly cold or wet outside? No idea what that costs, but I am only thinking of your life and health, Brother.

 

I am continuing to improve thank you Angel Sister.
Haven’t been out at all today because the temperature was only 2c.
Bad for my lungs.
I don’t need a treadmill Sister.
I put my Rock N Roll music on and just dance with all the moves.
Plus I hoovered through the apartment.
I tidied up.
What more did you expect me to do?
Better than a treadmill!

The one thing I do NOT do Sister Angel is allow my to clean anything like that.
She makes it clear bogs and showers and floors and dishes are her territory.And who am I to argue!
Chris won’t allow me on home cleaning at all because of the possible dangerous chemicals and stuff in cleaning materials.

This is all fine by me!

In that case, you must sit down, put your feet up, and enjoy a show and a beer...think you can handle that, Brother?

 

The problem is my Love.
You know me much too well now.
You KNOW now is about the time I have a couple of beers it being 00.14am here in the UK.
You KNOW I will have some food with that.
You KNOW I will have a lovely read now either online using my iPad or papers I have purchased.
You KNOW this is ME time.
And I think it is time I started to keep me Gob shut!
