so, what are some good ways to help speed up your metabolism, in a healthy manner? i've been drinking lots of green tea, and i've been pretty good about eating smaller portions more frequently (not always good about it, though) any other suggestions?
I was gonna say green tea. Also exercising, I think. Eating like 6 times a day, 3 meals, 3 snacks. Having those meals around the same time everyday.
Oh, I forgot. Drink ICE water. It burns calories trying to lower the temperature of the water for your body
always keep moving, even when sitting..but early morning exercise is a great way to get your motor running and stay running throughout the day.
outside of drugs, you aren't going to see much of a boost, if any at all ephedrine and caffeine has like a 3-5% increase clenbuterol is like 10%
after ive cut the caffiene, and im drinking tons of water and taking iron pills and b6, ive been feeling alot better. and i try to excercise everday as much as i can. i also changed my diet, so i eat healthier. all of that has helped me lately.
that coca tea you reccomended to me. I want peanut butter fudge right now, but am going to have the tea instead. I wish I was hungry for real food instead of just sweets all the time.
