Uninsured Woman Forced From Florida Hospital Dies After Arrest http://www.dtlrradio.fm/woman-forced-from-florida-hospital-dies-after-arrest/ Expect the usual. If only she had done what the cop told her to do, this whole thing wouldn't have happened. The cop avoided being injured or killed by this dangerous person and went home safe to his family. That's what counts. It's the fault of ambulance drivers in the area for not cooperating and transporting her to jail when requested by the cop on the radio. She's to blame for not having health insurance. The hospital would have been much more receptive if she had been insured. It's her fault for being obese which made it difficult to get her into the squad car while unconscious with hands cuffed behind her back. The cop wouldn't have had to keep shoving her in the back on the way out of the hospital if she had cooperated.
I think I remember hearing about that a while back - if I remember correctly when I heard it the official story was the hospital gave her a clean bill of health and released her. I don't remember hearing anything about her being uninsured initially, although that could come into play in regards to why they were so quick to release her. The American healthcare system is screwy either way. Really really horrible profit motivated system
They thought she was nuts, even then they didn't handle the case properly. Most people around the world do have healthcare, in the form of a medicine person/shaman.
