I started using salvia and love it. What are the negative effects of smoking it regularly? (I've had it 2-3 times a day for 4 days now! Its just so much fun)

I think that the long term effects are unknown, but I'd go with the guidelines to other phycadelics because they probably have some of the same long term effects as Salvia does.

I'm not positive, but I think it would be just like the "health effects" of marijuana. People who smoke marijuana do cough more, but lung cancer/disease hasn't been caused by it. I think any type of smoke will irritate the lungs no matter what it is, but since Salvia is natural (its a PLANT!), I wouldn't worry too much. But just stay away from naptha...
