you know how people say that being high makes music more intense and deep? ive noticed that it can be the other way around too. Music can make your high way more intense, especially if you use like noise cancelling headphones. if youve never done it before (tho im sure most of you have) next time ur high, just put some earbuds in and jsut listen to your music. my girlfreind had never listened to music with headphones while high and when i had her do it she saw what i meant. i cant describe the feeling but its deffinately different and makes ur high more intense. play with the volume too, the louder the music gets the more weird you feel.
Weed doesn't enhance music for me as much as it did when I first started. Man, those first times being blazed and listening to Hendrix...those were special times indeed.
ha yea his psychedelic solos really make you trip the fuck out... also pink floyd's spacey songs send take on a trip to the cosmos... good times
skullcandy = overpriced shit i bought some like 75 dollar headphones for 20 bucks with my employee discount at best buy before i quit i dont even know where to look for quality headphones anymore, I always blow mine out within a week or two. i like my music REALLY loud
i got the earbuds from skullcandy for like 20 bucks, and they have amazing sound, i can pump the bass so loud with those fuckers its unreal
i have skullcandy earbud ones too. theyre like rasta colors and on the box it said 'smokin' budz' haha.
those things are pieces of crap, but I was tempted to buy the same ones just cause it was rasta and said "smokin budz" some little kid was trying to kid his mom to buy them for him when I still worked at best buy. I kind of looked at the mom and laughed a bit
I gots a pair of these Sennheiser HD25s. they cost me £120 ($240) but the quality is amazing, really good clarity on all frequency ranges- I mainly use them for mixing and they were a great investment.. Had them about 4 years and they're still going strong.. I can't use them on my mp3 player because the jack plug is too big but they work great on my home setup... You can't beat music played on a decent pair of speakers though IMO...
Yo reverend, they make converters so that you can plug those headphones into any normal 9mm (i believe thats the measurement) headphone jack. They should be like a dollar...or less.
I know, but a) the cable is really long, like 3 metres long and b) the signal generated by an ipod isn't strong enough to make it worth using such a nice pair of cans. I want to be able to crank them loud which would not be possible with a small mp3 player...
