Yep. It was 2 years ago. His name was Vaclav and he was from the Czech Republic. He was on a summer work visa at my job. We had two weeks of unbridled passion.

 

When I was a teen, I got together with a guy from Puerto Rico... He was the sweetest guy in the world. A good friend of mine, to begin with. He was staying with his grandmother, in the same apartment complex that I lived in. After several months of friendship, our teenaged hormones got the better of us and we found ourselves having sex, quite accidentally, one afternoon...

Gosh, he was so cute! He had BIG beautiful dark brown eyes and gorgeous, thick, curly black hair. His skin was that perfect bronze color and I just loved his accent...

Sadly, the next summer, he had to go back to Puerto Rico. I wished him well, as he was going to college-prep courses and we swore that we would keep in touch. But, alas, my letters were never answered. I heard later, through his relatives that I still associated with, that he had fallen in love with a girl there and was planning to marry her. I never heard from him again...



I still think fondly of him and hope he is doing well...
