have braxton hicks and they are driving me nuts

hello all i am 31 wks pregnant and i am having some horrible false labor pains. they kept me up all night until 5 am. also they come every hour give or take a couple minutes and last from 10 minutes to 15 mintues. i have no clue how to help relieve some of the pain. i have been drinking lots of cold water and resting with my feet up but its just as painful if i werent to do that. plus getting up to walk makes the contractions worse and i need to crawl just to make some of the pressure and pain away. any suggestions would be wonderful.
