So I was Jay walking (what I call walking for the intent of smoking a J) with my dog earlier in the woods behind my house. I have never taken the dog back there before. We stopped at this really old (like 1950's) abandoned car thats back there. I walked up to it with the dog and he started going nuts. The hair on his back stood up and I have never seen him act remotely like this before. I am sure it wasnt animals in there because I checked afterwards and if he smells or sees and animal he quietly sneaks up and sniffs them out. What could be causing my dog to do this? lol i like the 'jay walking' thing . and maybe there was a dead squirrel inside it edit. nevermind i just read what you said. but idk...my dogs bark at random shit all the time doesn't make it haunted.
that was some funny shit just your dog barking at a old car.... I still liked it though.. and thought it was better than some of the things Ive sen lately.... haunted car you rock... lol..
if your dog is acting different than normal then theres probably something up. cat pissed in there, or lots of cats. ewww brutal murder back in the day old teenage trysts. or new ones, again ewww etc etc etc its probably nothing
Oh I know he prolly picked up on something that a human couldnt possibly notice (scent or something). It was just really odd seeing him act in a way that was totally not normal compared to how he usually acts. Like when I was looking inside it he was pulling back on the leash and wouldnt go near it. Something about it bugged him.
Dogs are far more intelligent than we give them credit for. he could have picked up on somthin strange. How did the car come to be there?
well i know for a fact that dogs can sens ghosts my uncle wok up one night to see some shadowy figure in hes room so he throw a radio at it.next night ghost came back and started jumping on hes cheats lol so from that night on he slept with a dog by hes legs and it never came back. i know its true coz when i was tittle i use to talk to ghost at nights in the same house its an old big house we even found bullets in the walls from the last war
I'm not sure it appears to be from the 50's possibly early 60's and It's been there for longer than I have been alive. It was there when I used to play back there when I was about 5 or 6 (18yrs ago). Even back then the car was really rusted and rotting out from sitting there for so long. I wonder if somebody dumped it there a really long time ago to hide it when there werent many houses back there and those woods were alot bigger. Or maybey it was beyond repair and they brought it there instead of the junk yard. You never know.
Ok, in my knowledge of the paranormal, many things have been heard in houses at a different frequency, people talking and strange noises and what not that supposedly come from ghosts. Since dogs hear things at a higher frequency from humans, is it possible that he was hearing one of these noises? I am no expert so I may very well be wrong.
