I have gotten to the point where, during spasms of extreme I need to do something and I can't take all these extra pills... I need to know if these can be IV'd to exploit the bioaviliability. I've never done this and have no experience with shooting, but, im in too much pain. So, can anyone help me with this.
have you tried snorting them? nasal BA is like 30% higher than oral BA. thats what i would recommend.
Its how I have been taking it, its not enough for when the pain really hits. I just need to know how to prepare it for injection, the pain is outrageous
Im Not Sure But I have Heard That Shooting Opana ER Can Be Very Dangerous Not Because Of The Higher BA But Because Of Something Else Thats In The ER Pills That Can Lead To Infection And To Amputation!!! Plz Be Very Carefull And Use Extreme Caution Do Alot Of Research!!! I Would Stick To The Nasal Route,Thats What I do!!!
I also suggest discussing with your PM doctor about trying Fentanyl, perhaps using Opana ER with Actiq or Fentora for breakthrough pain.

I read so many posts elsewhere of people shooting these saying how great it is. I don't know.... 8 days until i see my doc 32 pills left. the pain is way to bad to deal with 4 a day for the next 8 days. I just need a bang for when the pain pushes me to far. I just wanted to know if anyone who has done it knows how to prepare it.
You can probably dissolve it in pure alcohol. That's the way you get around all the crap that's in the new OC's which are made to prevent you from bangin' them. Just grind it up, but it in a shot glass of alcohol, wait a day or two for it to evaporate, scrape the powder off, dissolve in distilled water, and it's safe to shoot. All additives evaporated. Use methyl or pure alcohol, there can be no water in it.
I've shot up Opana once but I dont really intend to do it again. Honestly it wasn't really that much better than the nasal route. Maybe I just didn't do enough, but honestly it's not worth the hassle and danger of doing it. Nothing as good as shooting Oxy IMO.

If you were in honest pain like u say u are and ur mess arentworking you would call your dr and he would fix that by giving u a different rx or increasing the one you have.. A lot of people are addicts.... Don't insult us by acting like we can't tell when another addict is asking for tips... You would get a better answer if your straight with the question .. The best way to inject the opana 10mg IR is to take about 1 and a half rigs of water and put that and the pill in a spoon.DON'T HEAT THE WATER! Just let the pill desolve and when it does take a good sized filter... Suck it up and do what you do.
