Has Anyone Ever Made Lsd?

Has anyone on here personally, or ever known someone who has actually made LSD?

Obviously, this is information you probably would not even want to share, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Personally, I know one guy who said he knew the chemist personally, and another Rainbow guy who said he has made it in the woods in Ocala.

If you did know anyone, or even knew someone who knew someone, who made acid.... were they in any way affiliated with a biker gang or any organized criminal organization?

I currently have this theory about LSD trafficking and biker gangs, which may be partially true.... but maybe not as true as I currently think.

The DEA information page on LSD says that the majority is made by a handful of chemists on the west coast. Do you think this is true? Do you think there are just a few chemists that supply everyone or do you think there are 1000s of chemists throughout the country?

If you did know someone who made it, what were they like? Obviously I'm not asking for their personal info, but were they..... a college kid, a hippie, a Rainbow guy?

And what are the chemicals that are hard to get? I'm not asking for them. I don't care and I never will attempt to make it myself. But is it ergotamine tartarate or are there other hard-to-find chemicals?

 

My experiences are a bit different since I attend a major research university and it is a professor creating it.

EDIT: By "experiences", I meant my encounters with people that create it, and not me personally doing it. It's created in a lab for research purposes.

 

So you are talking about David Nichols PHD. at Purdue University?
I believe he is the only one in the nation allowed to produce LSD legally and only about 1-2 tenths of a gram a year.
