has anybody used fentora?(its a type of fentanyl)?

my doc gave me a script for actiq,1600mcg 8 times a day but my ins wouldnt cover it,the doc said if i have to get prior authorization then she will fight for fentora instead she said it has a longer half life.
just wondering if anybody has any info or used it

That strong. And yes it is in the fentanyl family, it's stronger actually.
