This might belong in the genitalia sub-forum, but I'm posting here because it's kind of a health question.

Has there ever been a study correlating the hardness of a guy's erection to their cardiovascular health?

My guess is the better your cardiovascular health, the stronger the erection, and the worse your cardiovascular health, the weaker a guy's erection will be.

    What do you all think?

Blood pressure problems can cause ED. Viagra lowers your blood pressure, and was actually originally created (and still is used under its generic name) to treat pediatric pulmonary hypertension. They started noticing that the boys would get erections as a side effect, and the pharmaceutical industry saw dollar signs and started marketing it to adult men.

Still, you can have high blood pressure and have perfectly normal erections and have great cardiovascular health and still have ED. It's not a perfect correlation.
