Hi Tyrsonswood. Hi Aerianne. I need to sit down and work on knocking out a finish ad. I'll be working in the computer lab. Maybe take an hour. Real money. Invisible hippie food doesn't buy it's self, you know. LOL I'll be around later.
Okay Kenny. I'm going to take a break too. I've got a leg that is swelling like crazy. Gotta get out of this :computer: chair and prop it up. See ya later.
Cool. So, while we are all elsewhere. There's the sound of a key in the lock on the front door. The door swings open and stealthfully closed. A thin guy about 5' 9", black wavy hair down past his belt is standing in the entryway. Looks around. He walks quietly down the oak floored hallway in his expensive black boots. Seems to know exactly where he's going. Walks right into the living room and goes to some fancy shelves on the wall. Reaches in back and pulls out a big silver tray. Then he goes and lays the tray on the big coffee table in the middle of the room and puts a huge bag of purple buds on the tray. Drops a pack of papers and a Bic on the tray. He seem to get it that no one is around. He smiles. He goes over to the huge stereo in the room. On and full blast. Computer selection, go. And he zips back down the hall and out the door. Turning the lock. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=023ENkCFupY"]Donovan - The Fat Angel (1966 - SP version) - YouTube You can hear in the distance outside in the driveway a Harley kick-over, Verruuuum Verruuuum, Ruaaaaanmm! and it's way down the block. Good morning everyone! First day of summer (although we have been having summer like weather since some time in March We are having another air quality alert today. More 90 + humid weather. Going to try to stay close to home and chill out. :daisy:
Morning folks. There's a fresh pot of freshly ground coffee in the kitchen. Cream and sugar? Kenny, I'm heading over to the coffee table.:beatnik: Aerianne, hope those knees feel better when ya get up this morning.
Junglejack, Jacksonville, Florida??? A long haul. Wishing a safe drive. Spectacles, My High for the day is 108. Zero Humidity! Tons of aircondisioning. crazytalk, I really think that you should start living in the living room for a living. What do you picture? I've been guarding the house all night. Not even any UK or Ireland people around to keep me awake. I got to go. Night Night.
Jungle Jack we posted at the same time. I just read about your trip. Have a safe ride. Coffee black always... :coffee: Aerianne I hope you are feeling better today. I am about to eat breakfast. Oatmeal and fruit again. ( I know, I am boring as hell.) Kenny we always have humidity here. It makes the heat so sticky. Hope you all have a great day. :sunny:
Recliners for everyone. A mammoth stereo that is vinyl/8 track/cassette/CD/MP3 ready. A full library of everything classical to Kid Rock. We'll start on the bookshelves tomorrow. Is there a good used book store close by?

Good Morning Roomies, Here's a little CREAM for your coffee https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hftgytmgQgE"]Cream - Strange Brew - YouTube
Good Morning Homies! lol The coffee is extra excellent today! LOL! I tried so hard to type that. I really was falling asleep; long time since I've done that. I normally wear compression socks. The leg that gives me the most trouble was going crazy and the top of the sock was cutting into my leg. I took a Lasix (diuretic) and took of the socks. That didn't work so well. I should have put the compression sleeve on the bad leg and just left the compression sock on the other. I don't think it would have started swelling otherwise. The ace bandage is a good idea though, Kenny. I wouldn't have the problem with the elastic top of a sock or compression sleeve digging in. Thank you for that suggestion! Hubs is trying to depress me saying it's probably the shrimp I ate on Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. I don't know. I've never had a problem with shrimp when I ate it before; and it's not like I had a shrimp orgy, lol! I only had like 6-8 small shrimp each day. I think it's from being on my feet more than I'm used to and from sleeping less. Sound advice JJ, but I'm under the gun. I've got about a month, 6 wks. top, to whip this house into shape before my daughter and grandson move in. Years of me being a sentimental pack rat, and Hubs being an out and out hoarder, is tough to undo. But persevere I shall! I'm just going to make sure I'm eating more healthy and not skimp on my sleep at night. Have a great trip and see ya when you get back. Thank you Crazy! (May I call you crazy? lol) They do feel better; amazing what 7 hours of sleep will help with. Thank you, Darlin'! I'm visualizing today to be a much better day, leg-wise. Don't melt today in the humidity!
