Ranger - I'll go ahead and paste this post since MamaPeace is gone off line. She said this in another thread at HF's today so I'm not giving away any secrets. posted in http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=449726&f=36&page=5
Me too, Ty. MamaPeace needs some quick help to not end up on the street this month and she needs some long range help with employment, childcare, housing, etc.
MamaPeace if ya need to talk or anything I'm here 4 ya hun.. I'm sorry you are having such troubles. I will keep ya in my prayers.
Good Night Y'all... :grouphug: I'm going to attempt to sleep even though it's super early compared to what I'm used to. I have to be up in 4 hours to drive my son to work.
MamaPeace is still here at the moment, though off line. She just needs some kind of quick help or she and BabyPeace will be on the streets next week.
 Yep, asking Angels to help MamaPeace and BabyPeace with a solution. (Okay, I'm going to bed for real)
I will pm Mamapeace and hope that she checks in. I was a manager in Homeless Families in London for 8 years, and although my legal knowledge is probably out of date, I will see if I can give advice on what she can do. If anyone has her phone number and real name, I could ring her.
£800 rent! That's $1,241.85 US. Yikes. And people talk about sustainability as a buzz word. I know why in anyones imagination could that be sustainable. On what Planet.??? Isn't there any place in all of Great Britten where the rents are more like £300 ???????? Like what up with Kirkby Stephen - Cumbria, United Kingdom? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirkby_Stephen How much are the rents there???? Call Pattington to see if a ticket is let the £70. I can say a lot of prayers and send a whole lot of Loving energy and even try and call on all Angels, but a doubt they will knock on your door and hand you £900. And if they did, then what of next month. You realize that your paying £11,000 a year in rent and electric. To people in the U.S. that's $17,075.50. You do the math. What job category plays for the much rent? I don't understand What is going one. sustainability?
I couldnt imagine paying over a thousand dollars rent by myself hopefully everything works out!!!! :sultan:
Kenny, i live in London, everything is tripled in price! I pay 800 for a small 2 bedroom flat/apartment but on the otherside of the country I could afford a 3 bedroom house with a garden for the same amount. Wages stay the same though, whereever you are. My rent is considered cheap, a friend of mine pays £1100 for a place just a bit bigger than mine! Thought id pop in to let you all know that after speaking with roamy last night, she let me know that I need to legally be given 28days notice before I can get kicked out! Today I am going into my local council to speak with someone and then to the citizens advice bureau to get some legal advice, they can give me lots of free advice and guidance and let me know what my rights are in the situation. I'm hoping that these will help. My landlord has no idea about my situation because I've been to scared to tell him so I'm going to call him after visiting the advice centre and hopefully come to some kind of agreement, that will be hard though as he takes my rent from a standing order, through his agency and then into his bank (I think) and im not sure if that can change because its all on the contract. Ive also messaged Stillcrazy back too, I know she will have some good advice Thank you all  your all so beautiful, we will sort something out don't worry xx
I'm in a luxury living two bedroom apartment £644.20 $1,000US. with 2 heated pools, 1 tennis court, 1 basket ball court, grounds keeper, and building maintenance personnel, pool showers, sauna, full gym, dance/ jazzercise room with full wall mirror and ballet bar, Main lounge, and custom A.V. projection room, in a Major U.S. resort city, and there are 2 of us splitting the rent. $500. Long range sustainability?
