Happiness

I've seen Storytelling and it was pretty bad.

 

the only people I know who are happy all of the time are my sister's 15 year old friends. and I assume it's because they are naive and/or not very smart and don't really think much into things

most people I know have 'off' days, or get depressed occasionally.... that's just a natural reaction to life.

Seriously tho , yes u can be.
I think u need 3 big things going well to be "buzzing".
eg work and purpose/ social life / serious interest / family or other half etc.

i'm not happy all the time, but i'm content. even when i'm feeling sad and miserable, it's just a surface emotion and i wait for it to pass on.
