I hope that everyone listened the musical "Hair".I adore it, that's the best music that I have ever found. One of my biggest dreams is to participate in a company of actors who produce that play....Do you like that musical? What is your favourite song from it?Mine, you can see,is I got life
Yeey! it's a great hippie thing! btw, you're from Bulgaria? wow! That's great! Finally somebody from Eastern Europe
i never really seen the whole musical, but i love that one song from it 'hair'-by the cowsills. oh gimme a head with hair...
Hey, Jana, look here I'm from Eastern Europe too I_got_life I think you have a good taste about the music, realy! Well I like all of them - and Hair, and I Got Life, and Where Do I Go and also Easy To Be Hard... But most of all I prefer LET THE SUNSHINE IN
Oh, I love it so much !!! It's one of my favorite movies! All the songs are great, but I like the most Good Morning Starshine and Donna.
"Donna"-I like it too,I call my sister Donna:> I adore "Let the sunshine in" too,one of my best memories is related to that song, but it's also very sad... Hey,thank you, The_Sad_Knight!
I love it! Most of all I like Hair, I got love and Let the sunshine in. Jana, haven't you seen here in Czech rep. the musical (staring Lucie Bila etc.)? My bf has seen it (not me ) and he said it had been totally amazing that he had cried!
I also haven't, but later, when they played it not as a huge musical, but more like a theatre performance, I've seen it in our theatre, and though there weren't those stars as Lucka Bila, it was amazing!
I want to play in it so much!I have played only in some plays in french for the festival in one town in bulgaria, but I hope that I will play at "Hair" if I get into NATFIZ/the university for theatre in Bulgaria/
I play theatre in french every year for one festival,it's a great experience...our company of actors won the last time:>
hey, that's cool!!! our theatre company's gonna go to France also, this fall... but I don't know when, I only know it should be somewhere around Paris..
I got to see HAIR performed at the fabulous Fox Theater in Atlanta some years ago, a great experience seeing the show - it was directed by James Rado i believe. The creators of the musical were very unhappy with the movie version, the movie apparantly added lots to the characters they didnt care for. Personally I prefer the broadway cast recording. I have a friend who starred as Claude in the LA production in the late 60s and early 70s, and is full of wonderful stories of his tribe! fave song? Abie Babie or Initials, although the whole show is like one big song with an intermission.
