hackie sacs

hey guess i just made my first hackie sac and i am so proud it took me about 8 hours but i had to learn how to crochet. i am so excited

 

WHO!! GO YOU! hakey(haky, hakie, hackie,hacky????) Sacks are RAD!!

what materials did you use? and did you use a pattern?

 

i used cotton thread to make the actual sac and those pellet beads you can get from wal-mart to fill it. i dont like useing those beads though so i am going to have to think of something else to fill it with.if someone wants on just post and i'll get your address and stuff how about $5.00 thanks

I've crocheted a couple hackie sacs for friends, and filled them with dried peas. I was pretty proud of the fact of how well they turned out!

 

i no i wish i could send them out for free but i am getting a new car and need money for supplies and everything

 

are you actually any good at hakisack's i find them really hard

I can only do a few things the simple kick about game and also flicking from elbow pit and also throwing in air and catching on back of neck and on spine.

well done

 

When I make them I use thin hemp twine and fill em with garbanzo beans.
