What was the hardest one for you to break? For me it was coffee first and cigarettes second. Don't worry... I still have both
i dont have any addictive habits..... i drink coke quite a bit but i know i can stop easily. i am a bit fidgetty though, i dont like sitting still for long periods of time. i guess im a bit addicted to chocolate coz i get cravings if i dont have some every day.
Being lazy, still haven't broken that one. Cutting back on coffee was easier than I had though, and quiting smoking wasn't too hard.
I've tried breaking the cigarette habit but hasnt worked yet coffee is a bad habit but I dont want to break that one.
Being overly detailed. For example: can goods in my cabinet are in label order in rows, facing the front; cereal boxes have to be lined up by height; clothes have to be folded a certain way; my house is always clean, I can't stand anything on the floors; I change my trash bag daily, I can't stand trash in my house for long periods of time. The list just goes on and on. Being detailed oriented at work is cool, they love it!!! But I wish I wasn't so detailed.
cigarettes pretty much own me anything else I've given up for weeks at a time and didn't really sweat it all that much - even coffee.
my names hillbilly,,an im a alchoholic,,,,but im currently runnin along side the wagon an jumpin on as much as i can,,.... other than that,,aint got no bad habits....
it's surprising to me that i don't have any bad habits besides this damn computer i've always thought that i had an addictive personality but i don't have cravings for coffee, alcohol or cutting and i've never smoked though i guess i'm technically addicted to starvation and food at once my mom is addicted to lottery tickets
Nervous habits like biting my nails, chewing the skin around my nails, picking my lips, wiggling my feet lol I go crazy sitting still. I'm working on them though, I'm getting there. A habit I've actually broken though? Biting on the insides of my cheeks...the dentist told me I could get mouth cancer doing that so yeah, that inspired me to stop. Sometimes I feel myself GOING to do it, but then I remember the pictures he showed me (ewww) I don't.
Mera, If you're sitting and don't shake your legs do you start to feel weird in your body? lol I know it's a weird question but that's why I do it...if I don't my legs start to feel twitchy and weird...kind of tingly.
