gumby was the best show ever. i loved him as a kid and still do today.

Mystery Science Theatre spoofed Gumby years ago. Gumby made a robot that started wrecking their house. Gumby's dad was quoted as saying, "Gumby, I'm gonna glaze your ass!"

MadTV did a parody of it too called Gumboy. He and Pokey went into 'bookland', visited Huge Heffer's Playboy mansion, and tripped out on some electric koolaid.

PS: Huge Heffer = Hugh Hefner.

i absolutely love gumby...actually i really had a thang for his buddy prickle (the yellow dinosaur)...i think it was his stuffed nose/buzzy voice.

over all a great show....gay or not
