Growing equipment salvaged from trash?

My wife just picked this piece of equipment out of the trash, to see if we could use it somehow. It's made for growing herbs, hydroponically. It's small.

It has two fluorescent bulbs, 26W each. They look different in shape, however. One is round-shaped, and the other is flat-shaped.

Is this in any way useful for growing pot?

 

Well....... It wouldnt really, a low rider auto would even outgrow it. Though you could try, there is a way of getting a very low profile bud plant..

 

Maybe I could use it just to grow starters,,

 

oh you could do that with no problems.. those are 100watt ea bulbs actually. So your eqv is 200watts.
