If that mirror is there for reflection, remove it. Mirrors make poor reflectors for light. They tend to concentrate spots of light that can burn large in a plant.
fill your pot up to the top mate the more available root space the better the yield,get your self some reflective sheeting as rangerdanger said the mirror is no use,plant looks ok tho maybe a little stretched but nice healthy color
