Thats fuckin brilliant. You see? the teacher looked straight past your creativity and focused right on the bad things.A more useful comment would've been 'Brilliant artwork - I'll refer you to the art class but please rember this is a maths lesson' - I used to draw skulls n stuff in the front of my school hymnbook - but anyway - would be interested to see the A3 version.Rock on.I'd give that an A++

haha - teachrs should know the difference - one thing is though that we had some teachers who were great - the lesson would begin and they'd just say 'right class - write an adventure story and incude illustrations' - that was it - we'd have a set of felt tip pens each and i never saw a class of kids get totally into what they were doing - no shouting no messing around - each person totally absorbed in creating some world or other.Maths though was the only one i got in trouble for - copying homework - but strangely i love maths now - i got into the chaos theory and how the greeks built temples n stuff to the same numbers involved in pieces of music that were written to be sung there.I did get in trouble though for drawing an ACDC logo all over my school rucksack - wtf - my bag! it was an eagle spreading it's wings over a motorbike wheel..It might have been from the band SAXON actually, thinkin about it - anyway I'm 33 - you are causing me to reminisce about my schooldays!

Oh wow, that's neat. I loved school simply because of the artistic side it brought out in me. Some of my bookcovers amazed even me...lol. It is sad how your teacher completely overlooked the creativity and just saw "fuck" a few times. Reminds me of when I was a freshman in high school and my best friend had a bookcover that was illustrated in different savage ways to kill someone. Haha. The teacher looked at it, told him he didn't might his book being his creative outlet but he was forced by the school to make him replace it with a new clean cover. That teacher's always been pretty cool, though, and he was only doing that to make sure he didn't get fired, lol. My notebooks were always covered with my beginning attempts at anime normally. Or...in Spanish's case, whatever was on my mind at the time, with a silly sentence labelling it, in Spanish, of course. Drawing all over notebooks is what they were made for. Your teacher needs a good drawing on her face.

teachers (except art ones) are so clueless sometimes. Beautiful work. I do that type of stuff all the time on papers and then i have to redo them because the teachers are a holes and wont except it.

And i love the clock oh so dearly.

my teacher told me to cover my book or id get suspended, so i photocopied the drawing, and stuck it on the cover ;D

she then screamed at me for a bit and told me to properly cover it, so i went home
and found trippy paper with ace designs and patterns on it and covered it ;P heh she
    didnt like that too much

    silly teacher.

    When I was a child
    I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
    The child is grown
    The dream is gone

    But I have become
    Comfortably numb

    <3

Your book is awesome, that's all I can say. :D
