green gets a ps3.... and a decent tv!

been waiting for this day forever... pics took forever to upload cuz been busy learning to own on resistance, finaly got the hang of it - and got into a clan, [WBS] - worlds best snipers, thats right i rulez at teh snipingz. really hard at first since i fps with a mouse on a pc, but not im good. let me just say ranked games suck ballz, its annoying when it takes a clip to take someone out, custom games with 1 hit kills are the best.

motorstorm is kinda lame after a while, but fight night is really sick, been owning a buddy daily haha

tv - 32in bravia, i wanted to get a samsung but decided not to wait 2 days till they would deliver, so picked this up

The PS3 is the greatest thing ever IF you have the following...

1080i
surround sound
PSP
wifi
highspeed connection

If you dont have that you're not getting the real PS3 experince.



Lemme say from experince PS3 is the way to go. The Wii shit gets old quick and playing other games is almost annoying. Plus you get a BlueRay player that would cost you a couple thousand. Only thing xbox has got for it is Halo.

60gig ps3 has wifi, psp's are shit and theres no real use to them with the ps3. also surround sounds isnt a necesity, and a highspeed connection isnt at all important, atm mine is about 3-4mb, and its fine for online gaming, hell even downloaeded afew free trailers quickly. sometimes you have to decide what you want and truely need, even if i had more $$$ i wouldnt get surround sound, i just dont need it.




but i do have a question, the bravai tv CAN supposedly connect to a pc, theres that blue port for the wire that connects the monitor, i plugged it in but says i need another one too - anyone know which and how much it is, id love to connect and watched DL'd movies on the tv, my 17inch monitor kinda sucks ballz on that. oh but still watching room 1408 right now - saw it before @ cinema, imo one of the best psychological horror films ever. simpsons movie was great too haha

I thought you had to have 1080p to get the full experience. If not that's sick because my DLP is 1080i.

my frend has a sony bravia 42 inch and its almost the same. I think you need a Svideo chord for the moniter but it will look good. Also i sold my ps3 for 700 some time ago

Mr Green, I emplore you to get Ninja Gaiden Sigma. It's the best game on the PS3 imo even though I've never played one, but Ninja Gaiden is my favourite game of all-time on the Xbox. That sentence sucked ass. But yeah, seriously the game is a great fucking challenge and it has flawless gameplay, insane graphics(even on the original Xbox) and is just the best thing ever to be made I'm fucking jealous because I want it dangit.
