wow. where did this happen? when i was staying in woodstock i remember seeing him standing on the green with a sign that said "free photos" or something like that, and his "crazy dr. suess train" parked in front of family. i guess some of the local buisness owners thought he was kind of weird, but the tourists sort of ate it all up, so no one ever complained, and he never bothered anyone. i was all stressed out from homelessness and divorce and my mom dying so i never really got to know him. man, that really sucks!
Yep... Grandpa was back up on Holy Ground (Yasgur's Farm) the past few years (and Ocala this winter as I understand) so I'd imagine everything went fine...
Question? Since when in the hell is it wrong to say peace to passersby? You know.....its sad...he is eccentric just like the rest of us....whatever happened to common curtesy and respect? Sorry...I would be more than glad to say hello...and welcome the happy vibe from a fellow brother....this really burns my butt.....I mean how many people get arrested for smiling at another? *shakes head* Spun Weaver
yessss!!! IM WITH YA I saw grandpa in florida a few months ago... you know if there was peace he wouldn't need to be such a soldier... Im glad there are people like that picking up the slack
