Oh, yeah...Grandpa Jones! I used to watch him on Hee Haw with my parents. Hee Haw was some good television.

Grandpa Jones was a regular on the Grand Ole Opry for many years and died in 1998 at the age of 84. In 1978 he was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. A great old-time ballad singer and banjo player, he was very well-known and liked during his lifetime, and his recordings are still very popular.
