Hey Now folks! i'm not sure this is the best place to post this. However, since this is the fashion/craft forum i'm guessing alot of you folks like beads and this seemed as good a place as any!! So i wanted to let you all know about Interglactic Bead shows. This weekend there is a show in Knoxville, TN http://www.beadshows.com/ibs/knoxville06.html Next month they'll be in Charlotte, NC. There is pretty much one a month and they travel mainly along the eastern states. It is a great place to see amazing beads, and get some really good deals! You can buy most semi-precious stone chip strands for about $2.50 for 36 inches!! They also have really unique lampwork artists, bead making demonstrations, glass beads, stone beads, seed beads, beads, beads, beads!! This is a bit of plug too, Since my hubby and i are beadmakers. We'll be at the show so if you make it out, stop by and say hello! i kow alot of folks have never heard of these shows, and they really are a great way to buy unique one of a kind beads and good quality findings at great prices! in love and light, ~tree
if you see a bead that would look nice in dreadlocks (has a bigish hole, about half centemeter) could you get it for me? i would pay you back.... but i do live in uk. Its just i get all my friends to decorate my dreads when they want to so far 2 forumers have added to my dreads but both were uk forumers who i know quite well... it would be nice to bring a bit of the world into my hair I could either pay you for the bead or trade you for a picture or something, or if theres anything from uk u might want llama love Fleassy xox
