Hey guys/gals, know any tricks on how to increase stamina ? When I was in my early 20's I could literally go for 20-30 mins on average. Granted, I was quite active with recreational sports, and i worked out a good 4-5 times a week also. Is there a correlation between cardio fitness and increasing sexual stamina ? I have had some back problems over the years, but being in my mid 30's, I think I should be able to perform longer. I have read on this somewhat, and over the years I have listened to Dr Drew. They mostly say that I need to spend time on myself, taking care of myself, to learn my body better. But 'alone time' doesnt correlate to actual sex, no matter what I do. Ideally, my goal is to be able to go for a good 7-10 mins of actual sex. I dont think that is unreasonable. I think this issue is a bit of an issue in the past couple women I have had sex with. And it isn't because I dont care, I genuinely just can't last tike I used to. I kind of amazes me how I could literally go for 20-40 mins about ten years ago. Anyone have tips or incite? I prey my glory days are not forever behind me in this respect.
Try to lead a healthy life by having good balanced food and doing good exercises. And am pretty sure you can last long.
Try looking up the start and stop method online. It's the best technique for training yourself naturally to last longer. It takes some time, but may well be worth the effort.
Well, if you've got a couple of hours for lovemaking, I would recommend enjoying a blow job to completion, then while you're recuperating, give your partner complete attention, using tongue and fingers and whatever. Then, hopefully, you will be hard again and now you'll be able to last a lot longer.
