Does anyone have any other good tea suggestions, besides just 'green'. Although I enjoy it alot, I'm trying to expand my horizons. :)

Earle Grey is a good tea. It is flavored with oil of Bergemot, which makes it unique. One of my favorites.

I really recommend Lapsong Soushong tea. It is smoke flavored, and has a real bite. Took some getting used to, but now I am hooked.

A classic is Darjeeling, which is named after a province in India. It is a light tea.

Twinnings of London sells good tea; that's what I drink most often. Stash is also a very good brand. You should try herbals also, there are lots.

I like peppermint. When I have it hot I add a spoon of honey. Other times I leave it to chill....beautiful.

Some other nice flavors are lemon and honey, and ginger.

Licorice tea is the best. Peppermint is also good, of course.

    Chai Tea Recipe.

    2 tbls tea leaves
    12 cloves
12 cardamon pods crushed up a bit (or 1 tsp of cardoman seeds)
1 cinnamon stick (or cinnamon bark, even better)
1 star anniseed (liquorice flavour seed thingy which is optional)
    Fresh Ginger

Put all of this into a medium saucepan, bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes then strain into mugs and top with soy milk. You could use cow milk I suppose but I don't know what it tastes like. But with soy milk it's extra yummy. If you buy all the ingredients above you will have enough to make many teas, so it is a worthwhile investment! There are probably more simple ways to make it but this way is the best!

I'm in love with Yerba Matte right now... add some licorsh (sp) root (to add sweetness, it's sweeter than sugar) and another loose tea like honey brush... i just keep the same batch in my tea pot and keep re-filling it.....
You can also add fennel seeds, pepermint, but my fave is the licorsh root....
