Good ol' rock and roll-today

Could somebody inform me about modern (1990 to now) bands who play rock that sounds like the 60's and 70's rock? (example: Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, etc.)

The datsuns khanate orange goblin do a google search for these guys then follow through into a world of ccol cool stuff..also check out Wolfmother and another band who are playing again Beasts of Bourbon...real cool stuff..

you have to look at the smaller bands for good stuff
becuase most of the mainstream music these days suck

 

Yep, you might like Orange Goblin. Check out Frequencies from planet 10 and Time travelling blues out first. Also Greenleaf - Revolution rock is an album you might quite like. Sgt. Sunshine - st is a groovy heavy rock album with psych rock influences, just like Atomic Bitchwax. If you like the heavier Led Zeppelin songs their same titled album might blow you away!

Also for some heavy rock with blues influences check out Halfway to gone - Second season, great album! Well, if you check 'm out let hear what you think about these bands!

Not so much but unique kinda Kings of Leon. Awesome band, very underrated imho.

 

Hmm, Big Sugar are a good band, and the Trews might be some good.

 

I would recomend The Black Crowes, Blind Melon, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Joe Bonamassa (Blues)
