Anyone know any good book dealing with history. I would even like something like The Da Vinci Code. But it can be fiction or non-fiction.
The Sign and the Seal, by Graham Hancock is an fascinating historical account of the Ark of the Covenant's physical journey to the Ethiopian Highlands and its metaphysical journey into European myth. Trust me, you will love this book! Another great, non-biased but fascinating, book that wraps up the situation in the Middle East is From Beruit to Jerusalem by Thomas Friedman.
I have read: "Fall of The roman empire" by Michael Grant..Excellent! "Sex with Kings, 500 Years of Adultery, Power, Rivalry and Revenge" by Eleanor Herman hope this helps...david
Tell me which historical period is of interest to you? Some books are a lot to get through unless the era is interesting to you.
Has anyone read Holy Blood, Holy Grail? I heard about this last night. It is kinda like a non-fiction version of the Da Vinci Code. I think I am gonna check that out!
