Good and bad reasons for drinking moderately:

Hello! If I drink more then 3 mugs of beer I turn into a punk.

I have to walk through cracksville to get home and it can be dangerous. So to be on the safe side I always cut myself off at 2 mugs. If I am drinking at home I cut myself off at 5 cans of beer because I have “stuff” to protect.

(jokingly said – 5 Canadian beers = 12 USA beers so that’s plenty AY!)

I am now wondering if any one else has any good or bad reasons for drinking moderately. Cheers!

 

good - you don't spend as much money while out. and it only takes a few drinks to drop your inhibitions...

 

good-i don't get too aggressive, and i don't get hungover
bad-I don't get too aggressive

ummm good...um....i don't make out with people i'll regret...um....i'm not one for moderation really....

 

bad - i have lightweights outdrinking me, and well, they like to run they're mouth sometimes and i just have to shut them up

 

how bout this for bad..it's not as fun... i'll learn to be moderate when i'm dead :H

 

good/bad (i dunno, its complicated) - i don't run into traffic and try to sprint around and knock over street signs?

 

I don't get hungover the next day, no beer gut anymore and I am not mortified the day after when people tell me how I acted.

 

Good - Money left over to buy drugs... wine shits.
Bad - No crazy dancing.

 

good- saves money, doesnt make me hungover, i dont do/say anything stupid, my boyfriend doesnt get mad at me.

bad- boring


i've been pretty good lately at not getting overly drunk (not counting last saturday) but tonight i'm getting drunk, bitches. so expect some drunken ramblings in abour an hour and a half.

edited to add that i'm blunt..very fucking blunt when i'm drunk..and it can be VERY bad..or good..i'll tell someone how i feel in a heartbeat..
