I did it today, just walked along the river for like, 2 hours.

I needed to clear my head from all my useless thoughts that just bring pain.

Anyone else do this? Just go and escape from yourself, have freedom, walking meditation.

It was very peaceful, I might do it tomorrow.

If you have not already done this while going through something, I urge you to do it, it really helps.

    Blessings

It's essential for my well-being. That's part of the reason winters are so tough on me.

I know that London winters are tame, but I kind of liked that there was a nice cold breeze, I did wrap up loads though :p.

But yeah, if its really cold, would be bloody difficult.

A'ight. About -10C in Estonia tonight.

I don't mind converting cm to feet and kg to pounds but I really dislike the F degrees.. Water freezes at 0 and boils at 100. Easy as pie. :)
