i've been working everyday, pretty much, for the last 2 months. and working hard cause i'm practically the only employee my manager has now. its been sucky as all else. and now, since i work a somewhat physically demanding job (not like.. construction or something lol), everytime I weigh myself, i'm 2 or 3 or 4 pounds lighter. it freaks me out. where am i going? (i'm not fat, losing weight isnt a good thing). it took me years to get to what i was (yes, i tried to gain weight in high school.. i was underweight most my life, naturally). and now i'm going back down to what i was 5 years ago. eek. (dont tell me i'm lucky)
yeah, i hear ya there. luckily i DONT own a scale here in GA cuz if i did, i would probably get freaked out cuz I can actually TELL I'm losing weight. And I go to NC on saturday, and my sister has a scale... so we shall see what I weigh then but yeah, if you're really that worried about it, see a nutrition doctor or something and ask what foods you could eat that would keep you at a healthy body weight.
hahahahah.. me afford a doctor i should be better once we hire more people, so i can work less. and eat more. i'm at least not fainting anymore. that happened one day. and nausia (cant spell it). :/ i'm glad hev understands that for some people, losing weight is just as bad an experience as gaining weight is for others.
yeah, cuz i actually happen to quite like my body.. and i dont think it would look right if it got any skinnier.. it would probably look pretty gross.. and then there's those worries about "if im this skinny, am i actually healthy enough.. or am i malnourished or something?"
If you're really worried, eat more protein (I'm pretty sure I just set you up for all kind of sexual innuendo).
I'm majorly underweight right now ... I always was. I weigh about 130 on a good day. I'm hoping to be about 150 by the end of the summer. I got some protien shakes and i'm stuffing my face with every high calorie food I can find.
The heaviest I've been is 190, but I have to work out lots and eat a shitload to put on that last 5 pounds. I'm trying to drop to improve my running tho. I've been logging a pretty consistent 40 miles a week. i'm 182 right now.
its just habit. a 10 mile run takes about an hour and half, four times a week (any day i'm not hungover, pretty much)
